Eman Khoubian Manager, General Partner Eman is the Manager and General Partner of Crescent Capital. He actively sources and evaluates all investment opportunities, and oversees the firm’s operations, asset management, and fund management. As a licensed California real estate broker, Eman directly oversees the firm’s commercial and residential portfolio of managed properties, including rent collection, leasing, maintenance, and financing. He was previously a Finance Operations Manager at Google, overseeing Google and Alphabet’s supplier payments. Prior to that, he was a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, in their Technology Strategy group. He also spent 6 years at IMT Residential, with roles in Asset Management, Financial Reporting and Operations. Based in Los Angeles, Eman received his MBA and Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Southern California. |
